We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day ensuring the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped out within 2 to 7 business days except for handmade items which take longer to process. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Delivery Time
Deliveries usually take 15-25 business days but in rare cases may take longer. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world. If your item has not arrived within 60 days after purchase, please contact us at support@indeqor.com.
In rare cases where we experience significant shipping delays we can’t offer a refund while the package is still in transit. However, if your order does not arrive within 90 days we can give you a full refund. If this happens for your order, please contact us at support@indeqor.com.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs, handling fees and any other shipment related expenses, foreseeable or unforeseeable, shall be borne solely by the client. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. If available your tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Indeqor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Indeqor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@indeqor.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Method and Liability
Indeqor uses third-party couriers for order shipment and is not liable for any third party acts or omissions including lost or delayed orders. Orders are sent out through regular shipping. If you wish to have them sent with insurance coverage or through express delivery, email us first at support@indeqor.com before purchasing to receive a quotation.
Shipment Cancellation
All orders are manufactured on demand. Indeqor can not cancel your order when it's already manufactured or shipped.
